Peter has over 25 years of business experience in planning, designing, implementing and coaching business leaders to effectively execute strategic change and transformational initiatives. What distinguishes Peter in this area is his broad set of competencies and his ability to artfully facilitate and guide strategic change efforts from concept to results. Peter is uniquely skilled as a generative transformational leader and organizational architect and has great compassion for all stakeholders of the systems he serves.
Peter has worked both as an internal consultant (Hewlett Packard & Lockheed Martin) and external consultant. Recent clients have included: Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, SRI International, PolyFuel, SAP, JDS Uniphase and Cabrillo College. While with Lockheed Martin, Peter led a number of large scale change/transformation efforts within the Space Systems Division. While at HP, Peter held a number of key positions as the Manager of Organizational Architecture for HP’s Strategic Change Services business and Director of Culture and Community Building for the Company. He also led a number of large scale organizational redesigns and transformational efforts within the LaserJet, InkJet and Storage Businesses over a 10 year period.
